Revelations Ch.6 -4 Horses of the Apocalypse-work in progress
My love for horses and the Bible stirs this acrylic painting on canvas, still under construction. The prophetic words and visions of Revelations always brings pictures to my mind of Christs coming, the future and the mysteries of things to come. One of the seven seals in chapter 6 is broken and reveals 4 living creatures. The white horse , flaming red horse, black horse and the ashy pale or grey horse. Not fully knowing the meaning, it still really excites me to reveal what I’m seeing and see it come out in color.
Tree of Life Wall Mural
This 18’x12′ acrylic wall mural on plaster was in the planning stage for many months, although I was not always sure that it would become a reality. There were many visions and words spoken of it, but no tree for at least a year and a half. The Lord kept it on many hearts and also in the back of my mind. I could see it clearly and just waited on the green light. God’s timing is perfect and Glory now speaks to many people who enter the sanctuary of this church in Concord, California.
Wall of Horses Mural
This mural at the Cowboy Church in Kalispell, Montana was born out of a discussion over coffee one morning. My mother in-law and I were talking about one of my horse paintings when she said she’d like to have a picture like this at her church in Montana. I eagerly offered to paint a mural for her church. As we talked and thought this through, I told her that in the foreground of this horse mural I could see a sword stuck in the ground. Amazingly, I later learned that her pastor had already performed this prophetic act, symbolically taking the ground for Jesus. The Wall of Horses mural is 12’x8′ acrylic on canvas.
